Position Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and installation department
- Measure projects
- Complete detailed proposals
- Present proposals to customers
- Generate new business
- Utilize company CRM program for scheduling, documenting, project activities and customer information
- Meet weekly to review weekly progress and goals in a group setting
Position Requirements
- Must be willing to learn new techniques and procedures
- Communicate professionally
- Navigate on residential roofs
- Possess strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Self motivated
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in Home Improvements
- Clean Driving Record
- High School Diploma
- College Degree is a plus
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
